Jeff Adler Wins the 2023 CrossFit Open — Watch His Workouts
For the second time, Canada’s National Champion Jeff Adler has won the CrossFit Open.
Watch Adler take on all four tests from this year’s competition.
The four-time Games athlete first won the Open in 2021. In 2022, he placed 12th worldwide in the Open and finished fifth overall at the CrossFit Games.
Currently, Adler is ranked sixth worldwide.
