Heather Gillespie, of the Canada West Region, talks about keeping a good balance in all aspects of her life. Her training, her son, her boyfriend and her coaching are all priorities. 

"I'm trying to find some balance and knowing where to draw the line with how much time you're spending at the gym," she says. 

After winning the 2013 Canada West Regional, Gillespie is going to the Games for the second time.
