BarBend brings us highlights of Stage 1 of the 2020 CrossFit Games, plus a recap of who will be heading to Aromas, California, to compete at The Ranch in the finals. 

The final five men and women have emerged from Stage 1 to battle for the title of Fittest Man and Woman on Earth. The in-person finals will begin in Aromas, California, on Oct. 19. Stay tuned for details on how to watch all the events as they are streamed live online and on TV.
