This is going to be a blast 810 CroosFit... Don't forget to have fun! Remember, the point of the Open is to embrace the spirit of CrossFit. No matter what your current fitness level is, challenge yourself to get better over these 5 weeks. That means work hard to get your first box jump, pull-up, muscle-up, T2B, or whatever "Goat" has been hindering you. It means work hard to go to a place of being uncomfortable that we normally don't go to.
