Be there as Australia's finest CrossFit athletes take the competition floor against athletes from all over the globe with their eyes on the ultimate prize: a first-place finish.

World-class programming of multiple events designed to test the determination and skills of 160 individual athletes and 40 teams will provide an unrivaled spectator experience that must be seen to be believed.

The action will not be limited to the arena floor. The athletes will be tested in the elements and must be both physically and mentally prepared to endure the intensity of a three-day competition.

Wollongong will be alive with excitement and activity offering patrons a chance to surround themselves with people who are the heart of the CrossFit community.

This not-to-be-missed celebration of all things CrossFit will culminate on Sunday afternoon when the fittest man, woman, and team will be crowned. They will have earned the right to call themselves the Down Under CrossFit champion, and will have secured a much sought after invitation to the CrossFit Games in Madison, Wisconsin, U.S.

TRAVEL OPTIONS FROM SYDNEY TO WOLLONGONG

BY CAR

Located just 80 kilometres south of Sydney, travelling to Wollongong can be as fun and adventurous or as quick and easy as you like.

The scenic route

Take the Grand Pacific Drive and experience coastal rainforests, quaint seaside villages and the 665 metre Sea Cliff Bridge all on your way into Wollongong.

The direct route

Alternatively you can jump on the M1 Motorway from Sydney and be in Wollongong in just over one hour.

BY TRAIN

Wollongong is located on Sydney Trains South Coast Line. Sydney Trains operate commuter trains at regular intervals to Wollongong.
If travelling from the domestic or international airports catch a train on the airport line to Wolli Creek Station. Disembark and board the next South Coast Line train to Wollongong. This journey will take approximately 90 minutes from Wolli Creek Station.

WIN Entertainment Centre is located on the beachfront.
Hotels, shopping and restaurants are all within easy walking distance of WIN Entertainment Centre.
