Rebekah Fineday
I am a United States Air Force Veteran, a Registered Nurse, and currently an officer in the Uniformed Service of the United States Public Health Services. I am an enrolled member of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe in northern MN, and I also skate Roller Derby with the Bemidji Babe City Rollers. I joined CrossFit Bemidji nearly as soon as they opened, even never having experienced CrossFit before. I was terrified but the staff made me feel as ease. Since then I have never looked elsewhere for another fitness program. My fitness tends to wax and wane, but I always come back to CrossFit and they always get me back on track with encouragement and motivation, never judgment! It's motivating, keeps my accountability, fun, hard working, community-minded, comfortable atmosphere with dedicated trainers, and the results are amazing! At the encouragement of my trainer, this will be my first CrossFit Open and I'm excited to experience this adventure.
