My wife introduced me to CrossFit. At the time I was an avid outdoorsman; rock climbing, hiking, backpacking, and adventuring all over the place. My fitness consisted of routine lifting splits in a traditional gym setting (i.e. - Chest & Triceps, Back & Biceps, Legs & Core) and going to the climbing gym for bouldering sessions about four times a week. While my love for the outdoors has not diminished, the way I prepare for these adventures has. CrossFit has brought functionality to my training I never previously had and it ACTUALLY helps me to be the best version of myself. I am physically stronger with fewer aches and pains and my emotional and spiritual life is healthier and more stable. As a CrossFit affiliate owner, it is my hope to encourage each person I interact with to try something new and to see how capable they are. No matter a person's goal, I want to help them achieve it and pass along some knowledge I have obtained during my own pursuit of fitness.
