I started crossfit in 2016. Once I did my first WOD, I fell in love with the challenge. For years I have been searching for that one challenge to push me to exceed my limits. I have never been able to do pull-ups until now and I am in the best shape I have ever been. I love the community aspect crossfit brings every WOD I do. I have a very competitive spirit and not that I compete with others, I compete with myself - to do more, to become better, to feel good about myself and hitting benchmarks that I never thought were possible. Not only am I getting stronger but I am also getting the physique I have never been able to obtain. I compete because it's fulfilling in every aspect of my life and I can relate the WOD challenges back into my business to become even stronger mentally in those areas. I figure if I can lift that amount of weight, I can make those calls, book appointments and ultimately be successful in everything I do. It brings a sense of confidence and also gives me something to work towards as opposed to just being a complacent WODDER who doesn't push herself to achieve a higher goal. It gives me a sense of accomplishment.
