I am Dean jones age 49 and I started crossfit at the age of 48 because I was fed up of putting weight on and having zero flexibility which was affecting my job as a wedding photographer, I was also suffering bad backs from poor posture. I want to compete this year in the open as I will be 50 in October and have decided that I want to push myself to a newer level of fitness and strength, the competitions will keep me focused on that.
