I am an elementary school teacher, 5th grade to be exact. I compete to show my students that you don't have to always look the part. You can always try and work to be your best then improve on that. I as well do it for myself. I fell in love with CrossFit and what it represents to different people. I love the mindset and the ability to constantly improve.
