I have been an endurance athlete for the past 30 years. I recently accomplished a life long goal of qualifying and competing in Kona Hawaii at the Ironman World Championships. I've decided to change things up, get out of my comfort zone, get back some functional strength and stability that I've lost through repetitious training. My end goal is to be strong and fit. Along the way if I make it to The Games for my 50th birthday (2 years) that'll be a nice bonus.
