I have been an affiliate owner since 2009 starting the first affiliate in Sydney's Western Suburbs CrossFit Penrith which introduced CrossFit and influenced the opening of the majority of affiliates out west including my current affiliate CrossFit St Marys. We have been competing in the opens since it's inception year of 2011 and will continue to compete and encourage participation as the opens brings all levels of athletes together and strengthens our relationships.....................
