After my medical training I had gained a bunch of weight. I decided to make a change. I tried every infomercial work out, then turned to obstacle racing and running. Crossfit became the best way to the fitness I was looking for and training for races. I find my weaknesses every day and work on getting better. Be better than yesterday.
