Just an "old" guy who doesn't accept boundaries that inhibit or expectations that go with "your age" which create mental limits to what you can do in life. That said, CrossFit presents the challenges, both mental and physical, which I accept, allowing me to keep my body healthy, my mind sharp. Sure, there are aches and pains that go along with the WOD challenges. But, everyday ... everyday ... I walk out the door after a WOD with a smile on my face knowing I gave all my effort and wonder if tomorrow ... can I do better? The end is always just over the horizon.
