Began CrossFit 8 years ago when my husband Cal came home and said you need to do this. I have come to see how blessed I am to have such inspiring people around me each day. Now that Cal and I own our own box it continues to be the people that inspire me to keep going. I love being apart of helping people attain their goals. I thank God for this opportunity everyday. Going on my 7th open 2024 will be a challenging as always. I am praying I will be able to do more than i was able to last year. Praise God always for all my blessings.
