My name is Sydney and I am a 28 year old athlete who has been through some serious shit. I fell off my mare during a hunter pace and suffered a transverse process fracture of my L2, L3, & L4 vert. My ER doctor said I could have paralyzed myself if it went the other way. I am living my life to the fullest. I took all of my abilities for granted. This year if the fracture had paralyzed me, I'd be in the adaptive competition. I am striving to be the best I can be!!
