I am a former amateur endurance athlete. Training for long endurance races became too time consuming with a demanding job and family commitments. I found Crossfit to be a great way to stay fit with a busy work and life schedule. I do a WOD 4 to 5 times week at my local affiliate. I find it makes it easier to stay motivated when doing group workouts.
