I was a competitive athlete in my youth. I started my career as an Ironworker at 19 years old. Today I run a large steel erection company. I have been blessed with a beautiful wife of 31 years, this August, and raised two wonderful children. For the last 30 plus years I have focused on being a husband, a father and running my business. While I continue to make them a priority, today I am making time to take on new challenges, such as, Crossfit and opening Invictus Seattle. In 2021 I hope to inspire masters and individuals alike to create their blueprint for success in both CrossFit and life.
