Built like a tank, lean like a fox. I don't face adversity, adversity faces me...and loses every time. There was a workout I once struggled with: 60min AMRP of 225lb Squat Snatch. Barely got 223 reps. It was tough, but not that tough. My strengths include movements involving a barbell, body weight, a pull-up bar, boxes, tires, small bears, and fit women.
