I am a father, husband, brother, son, high school basketball coach, and agriculture professional. I compete to improve my health and fitness for my loved ones so I can play with my children, coach young adults, and also stay active in the daily farm activities my family and I engage in. I am also a competitive person and enjoy proving to myself and others that I can improve each and every day at whatever I set my mind to. I also love setting healthy habits for my children to see and grow up with.
