I started CF 3.5 years ago. Since then, my life has changed and have seen my body morph into the.. "finely tuned athletic machine." I am ready to take on any challenge. Although, since last July, I have gotten hit by a car, tore my shoulder, my thumb, sprained my vertebrae, and just recently recovered from pneumonia, again. These obstacles have put me back few months and am not at my peak, but Ill do my best even if I have to meet "Mr. Pukey". I a co-owner of CrossFit GSL with the one and only Chelsea Rupp and we have a great CrossFit family located in Draper, UT.
