You ever have those days when you eat such a clean, wholesome breakfast? You scramble some egg whites, dice avocado, drink your coffee black, and take your multivitamins like a good boy/girl. Lunch comes around, and everyone around you is eating fried chicken, rice, double mac salad (no greens), and a green river. However, there you are, with your chicken salad, fat free dressing (that you leave on the side to dip your salad in, so you don't overdress it), apple, and La Croix fake soda. The La Croix can looks soooooo tasty, and the flavor sounds so good. Then you drink it, and it is the most disappointing few minutes of your day. Dinner is here, you are starving, but you manage to have chicken breast, sweet potato, broccoli, and another fake soda. An hour after dinner, you are so proud of yourself for having such a clean, nutritious day. You walk to the sink, fill up your water cup, and pass a box of Chips Ahoy cookies on your way back to the couch. You pull out the entire column and eat it all in one sitting. One day, ruined in 5 minutes. Why is eating healthy so lopsided?
