I am a police officer in San Diego. My lifestyle changed almost four years ago when I was introduced to Crossfit and I have never looked back. I started competing two years ago. Like most sports and activities I have been involved in I always look to challenge myself in that sport. Now with Crossfit I get to do that everytime I step in the gym.
