I am a retired Massachusetts State Police officer who started CrossFit in 2013 to keep the rust away. My wife and I have three adult children and five grandchildren. We see CrossFit as the key to reaching our goal of dancing at our grandkids' weddings. CrossFit Pittsfield has enhanced our health and introduced us to a new community of friends. I got my Level 1 and enjoy training athletes of all ages, especially those getting a late start in meeting their fitness goals.
