Wife, Mom of two ❤️ and 16 year competitive gymnastics coach. Joined Crossfit in the fall of 2015 in hopes of getting in shape for the summer, and in 2016 I made my boxes regional team!!! 2017 I qualified to regionals as an individual!! It’s been a wild ride but I wouldn’t trade it for anything! It’s been such an amazing experience! I especially love the Crossfit community!! 2023 will be my third trip to the Games and I’m SO excited. Competing keeps me going!! It’s so amazing and fun to know you are one of the best in the world. My goal is to keep going and become the grandma on social media breaking ALL the fitness records one day!! :) #SeeYouInMadison
