I'm a 54 yr old insurance agent that has endured 2 heart attacks and 3 stents. Was a diabetic on an insulin pump for 20 years now insulin free and pump free. Lost 100 pounds in 2010 and have been doing crossfit for 4 years. First time in my life I've ever found an exercise program that I've stuck with!!
