I own Crossfit Sozo. It is a web based affiliate to encourage people to work out at home. I had stage 3C Ovarian Cancer and started Crossfit after my Chemo. When I had completed Chemo, I could not even step up on a plate. Amazingly God healed me and through Crossfit I maintain a healthy lifestyle. The challenge didn't stop there, I was also diagnosed with breast cancer 2.5 years ago. I was able to continue Crossfit even through my treatment. It is because of that I started a web based affiliate. The web site is to encourage those who may have physical limitations but can still need to do basic functional movements.
