I belong to Christ. Husband, Father, Friend, Mentor and Leader to young men by example. Compete in the USRowing Masters rowing (on the water) and am also a rowing coach. Found Crossfit through a friend for cross training and now I'm hooked. My other family is Crossfit Mayhem in Cookville, TN. A gym full of supportive and wonderful athletes. My life came to a halt during 15/5 and many have blamed Crossfit for what happen to me and my answer is, Crossfit did not knock me down, it helped me get back up. Have a Blessed Day.
