Josh, Dallas and Ben at Blue Crab CrossFit in Hanover, MD and Lisa Mikkelsen at CrossFit Never Doubt in Milford, MA, welcomed me three years ago (l work in MD and MA). It has been a journey towards better health and a stronger body. I set out to be in the best shape of my life when I would be turning 60, three years later. Guess what? The 60 happened two weeks before the 2017 Open. Now the 2017 Open will show if the results are better than last year's. In any case, I have come a long way with my great coaches at the two gyms.
