I have always kept reasonably fit, but have being doing CrossFit for the past 9 years, 2-3 times a week, and enjoy the challenge (but not the injuries). I do Pilates to try to protect my back (but I still hurt it), and cycle because it's impact-free (except when I fall). The challenge of the Open is appealing, but those weights are getting heavier, and the over-60s are getting younger !
