My name is Jolynn Easter, I am the Missions Director and Central Baptist Church. I CrossFit for many reasons; the community and friendships, the challenge, the outlet it provides to have someone else tell me what to do, etc. The core of who I am is because of my relationship in Christ, but CrossFit presents little challenges each time I am in the gym that prepare me to better face the major challenges; mentally, physically, and spiritually that I face outside the box.
