Im a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room in Regina, SK. I grew up on a farm and went to a small town school where I never had the chance to excel at any sports because I wasn't given the chance. I was a lifeguard for 5 years and was an excellent swimmer. I taught new young aspiring lifeguards in my last year as a lifeguard before I attended Nursing School. I have never been so proud of myself and what I have accomplished as a new Crossfit Athlete in such a short period of time. I hope to continue to greatly improve my athletic ability as I continue going to Crossfit.
