I'm proud of my 350lb Push Jerk and my 280lbs Push Press! My favorite WOD of all time is Freddy's Revenge (4:03rx). High socks makes me look skinny. I still like to bicep curls when I'm alone......and sometimes even in the squat rack. Abs are overrated, but a good set of forearms are underrated.
