I have been active in Crossfit for almost 15 years. I have competed in every CrossFit Open, every AGQ, every quarterfinal and every semifinal from the inception of the Open in 2011 through 2024. I qualified and competed at the CrossFit Games in the 60+ division 6 time, from 2012 to 2017. They finally added a 65+ division when I was 69(2021) and I competed in my 7th Games. I am hoping to be invited to the 70+ Legends Games in Birmingham this year (2024). I have not been on the podium, but I was in the top 10 5 of my 7 Games appearances. I’ve taken both the L-1 and L-2 courses and love coaching at Tamalpais CrossFit in San Rafael, CA.
