Started CrossFit several years ago with Crossfit Vero Beach. With the help of family, friends, and coaches have been to the Crossfit Games 6 times. The highlight of my Crossfit career was winning the final event in the stadium on the way to a 5th place finish. I am thankful for the friends I have met through Crossfit and the benefits to my overall fitness.
