Former triathlete who's still a CrossFit newbie (mostly) and tackling serious Olympic lifts for the first time. This time last year I could barely do an overhead squat, which made 14.2 rather challenging. Cheers to scaled workouts and here's to finishing ALL the WODs in Open 2015.
