I have always been a runner. I got introduced to CrossFit 11 years ago. I immediately loved the WODS, the variation in exercises, and strength building, while never being boring. I like competing with myself and others to try to always improve. I registered for the games just to see how I compared to others my age. I placed in the top 100 in Masters and qualified for Regionals. That stoked me to work even harder to get to the Games.
