I'm super excited to compete in my 4th Games. For all my years prior to Crossfit I was a competitive outdoor athlete. Mainly skiing, triathlon, adventure racing and mountain bike racing. I was pretty beat up when I started Crossfit. I had two torn rotator cuffs from a bad skier cross wreck and 6 knee surgeries from skiing. Since becoming competitive in this sport I've been pecking away at getting my body fixed. 2013 meniscus repair left knee. After 13 Games right knee replacement. 2014 left meniscus repair again. 2016-17 rotator cuff, labrum, AC joint and reattach bicep on both shoulders, I honestly questioned if I would ever be able to compete again after each surgery. Well here I am as healthy as I've ever been. For those who think you can't do Crossfit after injury please feel free to message me.
