I've never considered myself to be an athlete. I was always into the arts. Crossfit has made me enjoy exercise for the first time in my life. It's no longer a chore but something that I look forward to (with the exception of a few movements lol). I may not be the best athlete that there is, but I leave every wod feeling better then I did walking into it. Even when I'm drained and probably looking completely defeated, I still feel like I've achieved something pretty great! And that in it's self is pretty great!
