I competed in Division 1 and 2 Track and Field as a Decathlete. Started "Crossfitty" stuff on my own with homemade/improvised equipment. Officially started crossfit after college and loved it the first time I tried it. Had a great friend get me interested in it and push me from the start. I'm glad I discovered crossfit.
