I was over weight by 50 lbs when I turned 40. I started running marathons and changed my diet. I heard of cross fit after reading a book on the paleontology diet. I love going to the gym and working out with my family. It gives us all something in common and we talk about cross fit and nutrition all the time. I believe it has helped me grow closer to my children and my wife.
