In Aug 2012 my goal was to lose enough weight to do 10 un-assisted pull-ups and compete in a Tough Mudder in May of 2013. After I did that (lost 30 pounds in the process), I wondered, "What next?". I joined FTX Crossfit in Wheaton, IL and have been hooked ever since.
