I started CrossFit in 2012 and have trained consistently since then. CrossFit really caters to my need for variation and intensity. I love the body weight movements and long WODS. Prior to CrossFit I spent several years doing Velocity training which really helped me adapt to the CrossFit methods. I own my own Bike Shop and love to mountain bike. I have a Jack Russell named Sprocket that once completed a 25k trail run with me. My favorite place is outdoors!
