I started Crossfit on January 4th, 2011. I know this because on that day I tweeted: "Going to Crossfit. What have I gotten myself into?" Over the past several years I've found that my strengths are oly lifts. My weaknesses are wall balls and any metcon over 5 mins. So I have a lot of weaknesses.
