I started doing CrossFit in august of 2021. I wanted a competition to be part of my goals in the gym, and CrossFit was the best route for where I am in life. I’m not stranger to competition. I’ve competed in kettlebell sport at the Arnold Sports Festival, in multiple Dwarf Athletic Association of America games, as well as World Dwarf Games. I never came home empty handed as I have won multiple medals in each event. Going as far as to make Rank 1 in kettlebell sport. I hope to continue that success with CrossFit and can’t wait to see what this life brings me
