I have always had a sincere interest in athletics. I received my CF Level 1 certification 2012 and my husband and I now own CrossFit Insidious in Mesa, AZ. In high school I played basketball, volleyball and fast pitch softball . At the age of 36 I came close to having back surgery due to 3 herniated discs after that I decided to refocus my thinking and become healthy and strong. I started CrossFit in 2010 and have had the opportunity of being with two other awesome affiliates CrossFit Carolina Beach and East Valley CrossFit! Crossfit is the sport for life and as long as I can move I will be doing it. Favorite WODs: Grace, Diane and Karen
