Firefighter in the midwest town of Davenport. Fortunate enough to have a great Crossfit Gym with amazing coaches and gym members, who are willing to help. Before Crossfit, my personal perception of fitness level was high after finishing the Florida Ironman. The Maltz challenge changed my mind when I was unable to sit up out of bed, the next morning. Looking forward to competing with like minded individuals.
