Amy McClosky
I am 49 years old (turning 50 in May 2026) and I work full-time as an Emergency Medicine Physician. I am the mom of 16 year old twins and two littermate golden retrievers. I unfortunately herniated my L5-S1 disc and had back surgery 3/2022 and I’m still enjoying CrossFit even though I’m only able to lift about 70% of what I could before my injury. I was an LSU gymnast from 1995-1998.
