Started CF Embrace June of 2011 at a weight of 285. Started eating right, getting my mind made up to get fit and get into shape for myself and family sake. Had quadruple bypass heart surgery in Oct. of 2008. Family is the most important part of my life as well as Jesus Christ. Without him WE WOULD BE NOTHING!
