I have been doing OCRs for the past 3.5 years and have fallen in love with fitness. I always set professional goals but lost myself personally. Was overweight and miserable. I found racing to be therapeutic, gratifying, and helped me on my fitness journey. I also found the comradery to be amazing. As I started getting better, I discovered the crossover between OCR and CrossFit. I wanted to get stronger with the obstacles that require upper body so I bit the bullet and joined a local gym. They are amazing and I am super happy. I have noticed in a short amount of time a mental and physical strength change. Our gym is going to make the CrossFit Games fun and motivating so I am excited for my first one! #badmonkey
